My brother John was employed at Flow BMW in Winston-Salem the summer of 2001. While working there he aquired a wheel that was going to be discarded due to a crack. He approached me about making it into a table.

Using tubular steel at one inch outside dimention, I fabricated a simple stand to hold the wheel seven inches off of the ground. A glass table top was ordered and the table took shape. The table drew praise from his colleagues at the dealership prompting them to fabricate their own.
