So, Grace Mart started at our church this week. What is GM you ask? We clear out our meeting hall and set it up to look like a walmart-type store. All of the inventory has been donated by community members and church attenders and is given away for FREE. This is the biggest year yet. The master-mind behind it all has 7 storage units and 2 garages full of donated furniture, clothes, food, appliances, kid stuff, books, and general household items. A group of volunteers started sorting and setting up today. The "store" will open to church members on Wed night and to the community on Thurs. I have heard rumors of fist fights breaking out and such. They have had to organize a team for security. Whoa.

I have been the "go to" person for the store set up. Formulating plans and making sure everyone has a job. It was difficult for me to wrap my mind around the chaos when I first walked in this morning. There was SO MUCH stuff. By the end of the morning things were approaching manageable. Ava and Addie just played with the other kids and all the toys available. We will be there again tomorrow and on Wed. Tonight, I'm beat.
