YEAH! Yesterday the big day finally arrived. John and Corrie got married in Meredith Chapel at 2pm. We had the reception at Cafe Luna across from Marbles Children's Museum in Raleigh. They are headed to Colorado for their 2 week honeymoon. It was a beautiful traditional ceremony. We couldn't have had better weather if we had planned it ourselves. We decided to take the girls with us. Ava and Addie did pretty well during the ceremony. Ava was most entertained by the pianist and soloist. In a very loud voice she kept asking if there were going to be more songs. The reception was a little more challenging. By that time the girls were beyond exhaustion. I took them home a little early and put them to bed. I hated to miss the sending off but life with children is full of such sacrifices. I know there are lots more moms out there who can attest to that. My sister is getting married on Aug 2 and the girls will NOT be attending. I'll try and get some photos up as soon as they come available. Now, time to rest.

PS. The poison ivy is nearly gone and doing much better.
